Why Millers
Our Alaska roots, poured on Miller Rd.
We grew up in Alaska, where coffee shops are on just about every corner and Alaskans take their coffee very seriously. Some might call that being coffee snobs. We call it having standards.
In 2024, we packed up our family and moved to Phoenix for more opportunity for our kids, our careers, and the businesses we're building. We love what we do, but we kept feeling pulled toward something more personal: a way to be involved in the community, meet people face to face, and bring a little joy into somebody's morning.
Millers Coffee Co. started with a dream Ashley has carried for years: owning a coffee shop and serving amazing coffee to the community we live in. We're a God-fearing family, we're raising our kids to believe they can chase big dreams, and we're trying to show them what it looks like to build one with your own hands.
Around here, we're not just handing out caffeine. We're serving good coffee, remembering names, making kids feel included, and doing our best to make every customer feel like they stopped by a neighbor's place. The trailer is the beginning; the heart behind it is family, faith, community, and a cup worth coming back for.
